Packages are shipped within 1 business day after receipt of your payment. Products are packaged in a special cardboard box for optimal protection. Each product is individually checked before shipping. As soon as the packages are shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Home delivery in mainland France is Colissimo tracked, delivered against signature. Shipping costs correspond to the current rates applied by Colissimo in mainland France: Rates as of March 1, 2014. This cost includes delivery, handling, and special packaging. For informational purposes only and not contractually binding, for an order paid by credit card before noon in stock, receipt occurs between 2 and 4 business days after the order.
Chronopost International
The express delivery method in mainland France is Chronopost. Shipping costs correspond to the current rates applied in mainland France: Rates as of October 6, 2014. This cost includes delivery, handling, and special packaging. Delivery is made the next day from the date of dispatch. For informational purposes only and not contractually binding, for an order paid by credit card before noon, receipt occurs the day after or two after the order.
Delivery to Mondial Relay collection point
Delivery to a collection point / within 24/72 hours to your home / via Parcel Drive to collection points in mainland France is provided by Mondial Relay, and requires a signature. Remember to bring your ID when collecting your package. Shipping costs by Mondial Relay correspond to the current rates in mainland France: Rates as of December 1, 2010. This cost includes delivery, handling, and packaging. Delivery is made within 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment.
We are required, in accordance with applicable law, to charge VAT on orders shipped to most European Union countries. Orders delivered outside the European Union are not subject to VAT, but may be subject to local taxes and customs duties in effect in the receiving country. This also applies to orders delivered to the French Overseas Territories, French Overseas Territories, and other local authorities. These customs or import taxes are not included in the delivery costs indicated and are the responsibility of the customer.
